Project Milestone Refunds
For development projects and technical services, refunds are handled based on project milestones and completion stages. We ensure fair compensation while protecting both client and service provider interests.
Refund Eligibility
Our refund eligibility criteria:
- Project cancellation prior to development: 90% refund of initial payment
- Cancellation during initial development phase: Up to 70% refund of remaining milestone payments
- Monthly service subscriptions: Pro-rated refund for unused service period
- Support packages: Refundable within 14 days if unused
Refund Process
Getting your refund is straightforward:
- Submit refund request via email with project details
- Receive acknowledgment within 48 hours
- Refund evaluation completed within 5-7 business days
- Approved refunds processed to original payment method
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed development work and delivered projects
- Custom development time already invested
- Third-party services or licenses purchased
- Setup and configuration fees
